We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Irrigation Specialist to install, maintain, and repair irrigation systems for residential, commercial, or agricultural properties.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of irrigation equipment and water conservation
practices, and the ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently to ensure healthy landscape growth.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and install irrigation systems according to site specifications
  and water requirements.
• Inspect irrigation systems regularly to identify issues such as leaks,
  clogs, or damaged components.
• Repair or replace valves, sprinklers, timers, piping, and other system
  components as needed.
• Program and calibrate irrigation controllers for efficient water usage.
• Monitor water pressure and flow rates, making adjustments as necessary.
• Perform seasonal maintenance, including winterizing and reactivating systems.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and
  system configurations.
• Coordinate with landscapers, property managers, or clients to schedule
  work and discuss system performance.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; trade school or certification in
  irrigation systems preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in irrigation installation and maintenance.
• Knowledge of local codes and regulations related to irrigation and
  water conservation.
• Familiarity with irrigation controllers, valves, pumps, drip systems,
  and weather sensors.
  Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and landscape plans.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification from a recognized organization (e.g., IA
• Certified
  Irrigation Technician or Irrigation Association with credentials).
• Experience with smart irrigation technology and sustainable
  landscaping practices.
  Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

The Landscaping Crew Leader will be responsible for performing various physical tasks, maintaining safety standards, and assisting with the execution of various landscaping projects throughout Black Desert Resort. This position requires the ability to work effectively with landscaping equipment, lead landscaping crews and provide high attention to detail.

• Supervise and manage a team of landscapers, ensuring efficient work practices and high standards of quality
• Review and interpret landscape plans and designs to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines and budget constraints; provide regular updates on project progress and statuses
• Oversee the preparation and maintenance of the landscaping site, including soil preparation, planting, irrigation installation, and other related tasks.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality and adherence to design specifications.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on-site.
• Conduct safety meetings and training sessions to mitigate risks and ensure team adherence to safety practices.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with project managers, other construction teams, and stakeholders.
